With every ending, there is a new beginning. Today, I made a choice to step out of fear and into faith. I was fortunate enough to have a friend and healer Jean Salch http://www.jeansalch.com do a healing with me over the phone. I was able to release past insecurities and grief which made me feel a ton better. BTW, I highly recommend her. Then I practiced some extreme self-care.... facial, soak in the tub, and meditation.
"What I'm I going to do professionally?”, in the past, that was the question that cycled in my mind day after day. Today I have clarity with my professional goals, thanks to the process of DreamSculpting. Leveraging my gifts as a coach and trainer to help to heal the world feels very inspiring and hopeful. I am fortunate to be affiliated with Bennett Stellar University. This affiliation allows me to connect and work with outstanding colleagues and to connect with a diverse group of individuals who challenge me to expand my internal map of the world. I am truly grateful for this opportunity (Thank You Michael Bennett!).
For today, I am focusing on being present in every moment and standing in faith. I know and trust when I am in this state doors open, connections happen, giving and receiving love is easy and connecting to my creator is effortless.
