It is my experience when parts of us separate, from our divine self, we live with the feeling of being “less than”. This separation often occurs because we may:
- Blame others for our circumstances
- Acquiesce fulfilling our own dreams so that others can achieve
- Allow others to abuse or misuse us
- Diminish our achievements and self-worth
- Take spiritual detours acting in extremes so that we don’t have to feel what is...or what is not
- Be more committed to being right versus connected
- Exaggerate the bad and minimize the good in our life
- Do what we should instead of do what feeds our soul
- Make assumptions without checking out the facts
- Be driven by emotions instead of choosing what we want to feel
